Upon arrival at Muscat airport you will be transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day leisure at your own to explore the city. Overnight at Muscat.
Morning, you will be met at the hotel for a half day City Tour. The tour begins with a visit to the beautiful Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque one of the largest mosques in the Middle East. Visit the Natural History Museum, exhibiting the wealth of Oman’s history and thus imparting knowledge about the country’s rich culture and traditions to the visitor. Later you drive along the picturesque Corniche to the once walled district Muscat. You will have photo stops at the residence of his Majesty Sultan Qaboos, the Al Alam Palace, which is flanked by the 16th century Portuguese forts Mirani and Jalali. You will be strolling through Muttrah Souq, where you will be bargaining for handicrafts and silver items. (To enter Grand mosque dress code for Ladies should be fully covered with scarf and wear full sleeves shirt and Men are not allowed to wear shorts). Today you will meet with your guide to explore the coastline after a visit of the Grand Mosque, one of the largest Mosques in the world, adorned with beautiful artwork, intricate chandelier and one piece carpet. After visiting the mosque, continue on to Quriyat fishing village, whose daily catch goes on to be sold at the local market along the beach. After stopping for photo opportunities, continue on along the black top road to Wadi Arbyn where an off-road drive leads to the Bimmah sinkhole, a limestone crater with pure emerald azure water pooled at the base. The next stop is to the white sands of Fins Beach. Afterwards, drive on to Wadi Tiwi, an old village surrounded by date, mango, papaya and banana trees. After walking through the village and farms you will continue on to Sur where, after check in, you can head over in the evening to a Turtle reserve where green turtles travel to for nesting purposes, keep on the lookout for any turtles in the area. Return afterwards to the hotel. Please Note: In order to visit the Grand Mosque guests have to be dressed conservatively, meaning no transparent clothing and guests should be covered from head to toe. Ladies must cover their heads with a scarf and children younger than 10 years cannot enter.
Enjoy breakfast and head out for the Wahiba Sands, an orientation drive of the city will be conducted with a visit to the Dhob building yard and local souq. Continue on to Wadi Bani Khaled, a beautiful oasis whose lush landscape contrasts strongly with the arid setting of the Wahiba Sands. Take a walk around the area or go for a swim in the clear green natural springs before moving on through the Wahiba Sands, traversing the golden undulating sands on a dune bashing tour. After the exhilarating tour, you will visit a Bedouin house and meet some of the local ladies who will share their tales of desert life. In the evening you will arrive at camp for dinner.
After Breakfast proceeds to Nizwa. Nizwa is a capital of the interior, is the birthplace of Islam in the Sultanate of Oman. Nizwa boasts of the famous Round Tower Fort, built in the 17th century, and its Souq renowned for its Friday cattle auction, intricately hand-carved “Khanjars†(daggers) & ornamental silver jewelry. Jabrin, the finest of Oman’s castles built in the late 17th century, became a seat of Omani learning. The castle displays the highest achievement in Omani ceiling painting & beautifully executed woodcarvings. Overnight stay in Nizwa.

After breakfast drive to Bahla to the huge loam fort which is under renovation at present. Bahla is also known as the pottery capital of Oman. Because of its cultural value, Bahla is placed in the UNESCO's list of heritage monuments. Next visit is Jabrin fort, where you will find one of the most magnificent forts of Oman with its painted ceiling, dungeons, and hidden packages. Return to Muscat in the afternoon and drop off to Muscat international airport for your flight back home.
