Morning, you will be met at the hotel for a half day City Tour. The tour begins with a visit to the beautiful Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque one of the largest mosques in the Middle East. Visit the Natural History Museum, exhibiting the wealth of Oman’s history and thus imparting knowledge about the country’s rich culture and traditions to the visitor. Later you drive along the picturesque Corniche to the once walled district Muscat. You will have photo stops at the residence of his Majesty Sultan Qaboos, the Al Alam Palace, which is flanked by the 16th century Portuguese forts Mirani and Jalali. You will be strolling through Muttrah Souq, where you will be bargaining for handicrafts and silver items. (To enter Grand mosque dress code for Ladies should be fully covered with scarf and wear full sleeves shirt and Men are not allowed to wear shorts). After breakfast, you will proceed to Nizwa. the first stop is at the Nizwa Souq famed for its Antiques and silver jewellery. Photo stop at the Round Tower Fort before proceeding ahead. Later proceed to Wadi Nakher located in the depth of our deepest canyon. Visit Misfah a pretty mountain village with stone dwellings still in existence. While heading for Jebel Shams stop at the terrace farming village of Wadi Ghul. In the Jebel Akhdar range Jebel Shams the highest peak offers a spectacular view. (It is advisable to wear light comfortable clothing and walking shoes). Overnight in Al Hamra.

After breakfast, Enjoy the cool air up in the mountains and one can enjoy a small trek if so inclined and admire the awe inspiring scenery. Drive past the Bahla Fort which has been declared a World Heritage site. At the village of Bahla, one can view potters at work. Proceed to visit the Jabrin Palace where the visitor is able to capture the medieval atmosphere and marvel at the beautiful hand painted ceilings and carved door frames. Later proceed to Jebel Akhdar where there is a check post. From here a 36 km stretch of winding road takes one to Jebel Akhdar (2000 mts above sea level) the green jewel of the Al Hajjar mountain ranges, a truly unique spot in the Arabian Peninsula. Enjoy the cool climate up in the mountains. Al Jabal Al Akhdar is famed for its fruit orchards typically laid out terrace style along the slopes of mountains, which are endowed with natural springs and aflaj. The villages of Saiq, Wadi Bani Habib (the village of the old houses) visit to village roose & Al Ain dot the landscape. The villages overlook a spectacular landscape of dramatic peaks , gorges and wadis. The roses of Jabal Al Akhdar fill the air with fragrance when in full bloom (March / April). Rose water is distilled in the homes of the villagers. Lunch at the Sahab hotel in Jebel Akhdar. Overnight in Jebel Akhdar.

Breakfast at resort / hotel. Today are free at your own to explore the sandy region or take some activity on an additional cost. Overnight stay.

Today after breakfast, proceed to Muscat and enjoy the day at leisure or explore the city on your own. Overnight in Muscat.

Breakfast at the hotel. Check out from the hotel at 1200 Hrs. Later transfer from Muscat hotel to Muscat International Airport for your flight back home.
